Half Day City Tour

The Capital of the Republic of Panama, Panama City is a vibrant, cosmopolitan and beautiful metropolis. Located in the Pacific side of the American Continent it was founded in 1519 by Pedro Arias Davila, a Spanish Governor and it has been considered as one of the most important cities of the Americas.

During this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the most interesting places of the city, such as: Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal to see the daily operations of this waterway and Casco Antiguo which was built in 1673. It is a world Heritage site and a perfect place for a walking tour. You will also visit the “Causeway”, a group of three islands linked to main land by the breakwaters of the Panama Canal. The US Army used this area for the defense of the Panama Canal, because of its strategic location. Today the Causeway has been transformed into one of the most exquisite fashion centers of the Americas, with international fine cuisine restaurants, great bars, shopping areas and the new Flamenco Cruise Terminal.
